FIRST AID TRAINING

Paramedic Pete is a qualified first aid instructor coming from a very lengthy background (30) years in pre-hospital care. First Aid training is delivered by Advantage Training Services in partnership with Allens Training Pty Ltd RTO#90909. Rest assured you are in very good hands with Pete.

• HLTAID009 - Provide cardiopulmonary resuscitation - CPR refresher - Theory online with short practical assessment. 
• HLTAID010 - Provide basic emergency life support - Learn the basics in responding to life threatening emergencies such as Asthma, Anaphylaxis, Bleeding, Chocking and CPR.
• HLTAID011 - Provide First Aid - Industry recognized First Aid qualification - Theory online with short practical assessment. 
• HLTAID012 - Provide First Aid in an education and care setting - Childcare First Aid covering topics including Asthma and Anaphylaxis - Theory online with short practical assessment. 
• HLTAID013 - Provide First Aid in remote or isolated site - Work on a remote site or looking at traveling around Australia this course is what you need.
• HLTAID014 - Provide Advanced First Aid - Step up and become a first aid leader. This is the new requirement for Security guards and covers all first aid topics so you can manage a incident response better. 
• HLTAID015 - Provide advanced resuscitation and oxygen therapy - Need to know how to use oxygen and build on your airway management skills. Theory online with practical assessment. 
• HLTAID016 - Manage first aid services and resources - Manage your workplace responsibilities and responses to emergencies. 
• HLTSS00068 - Occupational First Aid Skill Set - Highest level first aid qualification in Australia. 
• PUAEME007 - Provide emergency care for suspected spinal injury - Manage spinal injuries caused by trauma and sport, this unit is used by NRL and AFL for all sports trainers annually. 
• PUAEME008 - Provide pain management - Need to use analgesics in your workplace this unit provides the skills for administering pain relief in an emergency under each State's poison legislation. 
• UETDRMP007 - Perform Rescue from a Live Low Voltage Panel. Electricians are required to undertake this course every 12 months.
• 11124NAT - Course in Safe Handling of Sharps and Infectious Waste - From crash repairers to rangers in a park, become trained to deal with removing sharps and contaminated waste from your workplace.
